Askonas Holt is one of the largest and oldest music management agencies in the UK. Designing their new office provided the opportunity to re-imagine how they could change the way they worked. This allowed Jackdaw to introduce additional typologies to their office. It was important the new workplace had a sense of purpose and fresh thinking, whilst embracing the history of such a long-standing business.

In keeping with Askonas Holt’s standing in the classical music world, we introduced a colour palette that is rich and layered but bringing in a contemporary feel by using recycled and natural materials.

Acoustics have been considered throughout the scheme with all materials specified for their look & feel and acoustic qualities. The ceiling has acoustic baffles fitted throughout.

By combining oak wood panels with cork with deep blue and red doors and blue Bolon floors, we created an inviting and warm space that is a productive place to work and also host clients and events.
